Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design lead and team members to conceptualize and execute design projects.
• Assist in the creation of visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials.
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established design guidelines in all projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Support the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media graphics.
• Assist with photo editing, retouching, and image optimization.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and design software to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality output.

Job Overview + Qualifications

As a Graphic Designer at Scale Global Ventures, your primary responsibility is to support the creative team in designing and executing visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. You will work closely with the design lead and other cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
